Weight Loss & Wellness

Wellness can have many meanings. Sometimes weight is associated with your wellness, sometimes not. Our work together would focus on identifying what wellness may look like for you, and how you can get there in a safe, sustainable way. Here are some reasons you may want to work together:

  • You have abnormal lab values which may be nutrition-related, such as nutrient deficiencies, elevated cholesterol, or elevated HbA1c.

  • You've been diagnosed with a condition which can be better managed with nutrition, such as pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, heart disease, gout, or a gastrointestinal condition.

  • You have joint pain or other medical conditions that are associated with weight.

  • You have always cycled between being "on" and "off" a diet, and you're tired of it.

  • You think of foods as being "bad" or "good" and subsequently feel that way about yourself when eating them.

  • You struggle to meal plan or find routine with your eating.

  • You feel overwhelmed by all of the nutrition guidance.

Additionally, I have extensive experience working in clinical trials for the development of weight loss medications and working clinically with individuals using these medications, including the GLP-1 receptor agonists Wegovy and Ozempic. If appropriate, I can refer clients to physicians to discuss the medications. Additional referrals that may be suggested include to specialists such as gastroenterologists, psychologists, strength coaches, and personal trainers.

This package is designed to get you started on changing your dietary habits. We will have a thorough discussion about your medical and dietary history. I'll also spend time learning about your daily routine. We'll discuss other factors, such as family medical history, food experiences, body image, and habits - all with the intent of personalizing the goals you set and the plans we develop. Some clients like specific goals and numbers, others like general information. Together we will decide what is appropriate for you.

  • One 90 minute initial session

  • Two 30 minute follow-up sessions

  • Emails/secure chat in between as needed

  • Sample 1-2 day individualized eating plan

  • Discussion or handouts on various topics as needed, such as meal planning, grocery shopping, recipe ideas, and behavior change tools

  • 10% discount compared to non-package visits

Wellness Commitment Package
(6-month)
$740

This package includes everything from the Starter Package (above) along with additional follow-ups for extended support. It is designed to support you over roughly 6 months.

  • One 90 minute session

  • Eight 30 minute sessions

  • Emails/secure chat in between as needed

  • Sample 1-2 day individualized eating plan

  • Discussion or handouts on various topics as needed, such as meal planning, grocery shopping, recipe ideas, and behavior change tools

  • 10% discount compared to non-package visits

Wellness Commitment Package
(12-month)

This package includes everything from the 6-month Wellness Commitment Package (above) along with additional follow-ups for extended support. It is designed to support you over roughly 12 months.

  • One 90 minute session

  • Fourteen 30 minute sessions

  • Emails/secure chat in between as needed

  • Sample 1-2 day individualized eating plan

  • Discussion or handouts on various topics as needed, such as meal planning, grocery shopping, recipe ideas, and behavior change tools

  • Structured visit content, such as:

    • Managing social eating

    • Identifying eating cues and strategies

    • Navigating life transitions and eating habits

  • 10% discount compared to non-package visits

Maintenance Package
$270

You've established your plan but would like to have nutrition support available to check-in. This package allows you continued support at a 10% discount from individual sessions.
