Starter Package

This package is designed to start you on the path to meeting your sport performance goals. It includes a full diet and medical history review as well as thorough discussion of your current training schedule and planned races/competitions. During these sessions we will jointly develop a sample daily fueling plan based on training type and volume specifically designed to meet your dietary needs. Training and race day fueling plans can also be developed.

  • One 60 minute session

  • Two 30 minute sessions

  • Emails/secure chat in between as needed

  • Sample daily fueling plan (made from scratch)

  • Training and race day fueling plans (made from scratch)

  • Discussion or handouts on various topics as needed, such as meal planning, grocery shopping, recipe ideas, supplement use and behavior change tools

Race Ready Package
$495

This package is designed to prepare you in the months leading up to a specific race or event. Everything that comes with the Starter Package (above) plus four phone check-ins and a kit to conduct a home electrolyte sweat test, the results of which we will review together and develop a tailored fluid and electrolyte intake plan for workouts and racing.

  • One 60 minute session

  • Two 30 minute sessions

  • Four 15 minute phone sessions

  • Sweat electrolyte test

  • Emails/secure chat in between as needed

  • Sample daily fueling plan (made from scratch)

  • Training and race day fueling plans (made from scratch)

Sweat Electrolyte Test

A kit to conduct a home electrolyte sweat test plus a 30 minute session to discuss the results and develop a tailored fluid and electrolyte intake plan for workouts and racing.

You've established your specific sports nutrition needs but would like to have nutrition support available as your training and competition continues. This package allows you continued support at a 10% discount from individual sessions.
